Overview	Refer to LUT Encoding.

Remarks

(Read-only) The VOILUTCount property specifies the number of items under the "VOI LUT Sequence" (0028,3010).

The property will be set to 0 if the "VOI LUT Sequence" doesn’t exist in the file.
