Remarks

(Medical Imaging Suite only) Sends an N-CREATE-RSP message to a peer member of a connection.

The SendNCreateResponse method is called by the SCP in response to a SendNCreateRequest method call placed by an SCU. This generates a NetReceiveNCreateResponse event on the SCU.
