New CodeProject Article: HTML5 Zero Footprint DICOM Viewer Annotations

There are many important aspects of a complete Zero Footprint DICOM Viewer built using HTML5 and JavaScript. The latest medical imaging development product from LEADTOOLS has it all: image display, image processing, fast client-side window leveling, series stack, annotations and more.
