Using ePrint V, I'm trying to print a PDF directly from Acrobat to a Task Printer that has been configured to output to TIF format. The option to save each page as a separate file is unchecked. When I print a multipage PDF only the first page is converted to TIFF. What am I doing wrong?

I tried to print a PDF from Acrobat Reader 11 to a task printer that converts to TIF file, and the resulting file was a multi-page TIF file (see the attached screenshot).

Please make sure that the viewer that you are using to open the TIF file can display a multi-page TIF files.

If you still face the problem, provide us with a sample multi-page PDF file that shows the problems, with the exact steps to reproduce the problem. You can either attach the PDF here, or send it in an email to support@leadtools.com. If you send it via email, provide a link to this thread.

Note: If you send any attachments, please put them in a ZIP or RAR file to ensure our server delivers them correctly.
