During the installation of the
LEADTOOLS ePrint software, a number of items are set to the user registry on your local machine.
On occasion these setting may need to be reset:
Some potential reasons for this would be if you moved the LEADTOOLS Main Toolbar from the window entirely where it can be docked.
Or perhaps the need to reset the changes made to a version that was previously occupied by another employee in your company.
*
For Corporate users: this is something that you should speak with your System Admin, IT personnel, or internal Help Desk about altering*
Before removing these settings, you will need to do a standard removal of the LEADTOOLS ePrint software through your Control Panel or preferred method.
You will need to first navigate to your Registry Editor on your machine.
This can be done by opening the Windows Start window and typing in "Registry Editor".
*
Important to Note*
deleting or making changes in the Registry of your machine can have permanent ramifications, so do so with caution.Once there you will need the location of the ePrint software that is housing these personalized changes.
>> Computer
>> HKEY_CURRENT_USER
>> Software
>> LEAD Technologies, Inc.
>> ePrint 6.0
Below is a screenshot of this path for reference:Once there, _rightClick on the file folder "ePrint 6.0" and select "Delete"
After this has been completed, and all traces of the ePrint removed, you will need to restart your machine.
From there all that is required is to use the installation process that can be found in our forums on:
