I went to test this software and it didn't give me an issue using batch print. So I bought licenses. I went to install a lot of network printers on my computer and group it per region. To be exact I installed 20 network printers. In each region I have grouped them to 4. All in all I have 5 regions. I tried printing on a certain region. It printed on 6 printers which 2 of them are not selected on the etask printer configuration.
Any suggestions? how to check the logs why it was printing on another printer which was not included on the group of printers.

You can check the logs of each Task Printer by going to Tools -> Task Printers Manager. This should open a new window that shows the currently configured Task Printers.
Select the task printer that you wish to create a log for and select Edit. Doing so, should bring up the Task Printer Wizard.
Continue with the wizard until you reach the General Options screen. Check the "Generate log file" checkbox and choose a path for the log file to be saved to. Click FInish, this should enable a log file to be saved each time the printer is used.
