Display: Bitonal Scaling for Pocket
PC 2002
Because Pocket PC 2002 devices generally have
a small display making it impossible to display an entire
image without zooming, bitonal scaling greatly enhances
the user's experience by making zoomed 1-bit images much
more readable as shown by the example below.
