The LEADTOOLS Print to PACS application captures images and documents in multiple ways, associates the captured data with studies on a PACS and stores the captured data to a PACS as a secondary capture or a DICOM Encapsulated PDF object. This utility is ideal for incorporating legacy, non-digital and non-DICOM applications and devices into a fully digital system, eliminating the need for costly replacements.
LEADTOOLS Print To PACS Application Key Features:
- Insert images into the DICOM data set by capturing the image data from a Printer Driver, TWAIN and WIA acquisition, disk or screen
- Fill the required DICOM metadata by manual entry, PACS server query or data from existing DICOM data sets
- Save the resulting DICOM data set to disk or store to PACS
- Full source code for the Print To PACS application is provided for easy customization or branding

- Import the patient/study information from an existing local DICOM file on disk
- Manual Entry- manually enter the required information
