DMO EncodersDMOs (DirectX Media Object), are COM objects very similar to standard DirectShow filters but are slightly less complex because of their implementation. Standard DirectShow applications can still use DMO encoders via a DMO wrapper. Most Windows Media based encoding tools from Microsoft such as Windows Media Server and Windows Movie Maker currently use DMO’s. LEADTOOLS provides the DMO Encoders below which can be used within Windows Media Server for compressing and/or streaming high quality multimedia content.
