LEADTOOLS Multimedia API Help

The name for a group of related video files (called "Chapters") on your DVD. For example, for a DVD called "My Summer Vacation," you might have the titles "Water Skiing," "New Friends," and "Hiking." For each of those titles, you might have one or more different video files.

C++ Syntax

IltmmPlay * pPlayer;

IltmmDVDControl ** pVal;

/* address of a pointer to an interface*/

Retrieves the registered DVD control object.

Parameter

Description

pPlayer

Pointer to an IltmmPlay Interface.

pVal

Pointer to a variable that receives the registered DVD control interface pointer.

Returns

S_OK

The function was successful.

An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the DirectShow documentation.

Comments

The IltmmDVDControl Interface is used to control the playback and search mechanisms of a DVD title that contains one or more video movies. For more information, refer to IltmmDVDControl Interface.

If the function succeeds, the user should release the returned interface pointer by calling the interfaces Release method.
