Gets and sets the pre-defined QFactor value when saving LEAD CMP compressed images.

Remarks

When saving LEAD CMP compressed images, you can specify a pre-defined QFactor.

If you set this property to CodecsCmpQualityFactorPredefined.Custom, then you can set a custom QFactor in QualityFactor.
