The Frozen Property is available as an add-on to the LEADTOOLS Medical Imaging toolkits.

Remarks
- Freezing a cell means that no actions using the mouse or the keyboard can be performed on the cell.
- There are different methods that allow more than one cell be frozen or unfrozen, like FreezeAll, FreezeSelected.
