Gets or sets the rotate modifier key.

Remarks

This key is used in design mode when the an object is selected. Pressing down this key and clicking on any of the object's control points then dragging the mouse rotates the object around its origin.

By default, the automation framework sets this value to ModifierKeys.Shift
