Leadtools.Annotations Namespace > AnnObject Class : Scale Method

sx
The ratio by which to scale the AnnObject.Transform matrix in the x-axis direction.
sy
The ratio by which to scale the AnnObject.Transform matrix in the y-axis direction.
origin
An AnnPoint structure that represents the center of the scale operation.
sx
The ratio by which to scale the AnnObject.Transform matrix in the x-axis direction.
sy
The ratio by which to scale the AnnObject.Transform matrix in the y-axis direction.
origin
An AnnPoint structure that represents the center of the scale operation.
Scales the transformation matrix of this AnnObject by the specified ratios.

Syntax

Visual Basic (Declaration)
Public Overridable Sub Scale( _
   ByVal sx As Single, _
   ByVal sy As Single, _
   ByVal origin As AnnPoint _
)
Visual Basic (Usage)Copy Code
Dim instance As AnnObject
Dim sx As Single
Dim sy As Single
Dim origin As AnnPoint

instance.Scale(sx, sy, origin)
C#
public virtual void Scale(
   float sx,
   float sy,
   AnnPoint origin
)
C++/CLI
public:
virtual void Scale(
   float sx,
   float sy,
   AnnPoint origin
)

Parameters

sx
The ratio by which to scale the AnnObject.Transform matrix in the x-axis direction.
sy
The ratio by which to scale the AnnObject.Transform matrix in the y-axis direction.
origin
An AnnPoint structure that represents the center of the scale operation.

Example

For an example, refer to AnnObject.Transform.

Remarks

If the object implements auto transformation (AnnObject.TransformObjectMode returns .Auto), the logical coordinates of the object do not change when this method is called. Instead, the AnnObject.Transform matrix is updated and the effect is only applied when transforming the object to physical space (e.g. when drawing or hit-testing the object).

If the object implements point transformation (AnnObject.TransformObjectMode returns .Points), the logical coordinates of the object might change when this method is called. The exact behavior depends upon the object's implementation of the AnnObject.GetTransformPoints and the AnnObject.SetTransformPoints methods.

Requirements

Target Platforms: Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003 family, Windows Server 2008 family
