The LEAD H.263 Video Codec Module contains DirectShow Ò filters and codecs that allows an H.263 file to be played, or files with other file formats to be converted to H.263 files. The LEAD H.263 Video Codec Module contains the following components:
Video Encoder Also known as compressor, this is a module or algorithm to compress data. Playing that data back requires a decompressor, or decoder.
