PLT (also HPGL) created by Hewlett-Packard is the standard language for printing line drawings. HPGL is supported by many CAD, charting and word processing applications.

LEADTOOLS Vector Imaging Pro supports the loading, saving and conversion of PLT (HPGL and HPGL/2) files.
