DGN (also known as RDL) is a file format common to Intergraph's MicroStation and Interactive Graphics System (IGDS) CAD applications running on Intergraph workstations and PC's.

LEADTOOLS Vector Imaging Pro supports loading, saving and conversion of DGN or RDL files.
