What is AVI?
AVI stands for Audio Video Interleave. AVI is developed
by Microsoft and is a special case of the RIFF (Resource
Interchange File Format). AVI is the most common format
for audio/video data for the PC.
The LEADTOOLS Multimedia toolkits that support
AVI standard include several components including
COM objects and DLL API for programming in VB, C++,
Delphi, or any programming environment that support
COM, or Win32 API SDKs.
