Displays an interactive Web Tuner dialog with settings, before and after thumbnails. There are three versions of the Web Tuner dialog: JPEG, PNG and GIF.

Use the Web Tuner dialog to fine tune images for the web. Since the amount of time it takes to download an image file depends directly on how large that image file is, one of the most important issues to consider in saving your image is how to best reduce the size of the image file without sacrificing quality. With the LEADTOOLS WebTuner, the end-user can see the difference between the uncompressed and compressed image and make adjustments accordingly.

Zoom: the preview thumbnails can either be 1:1 (actual size) or they can fit the thumbnail size.
Zoom tool: display the zoom toolbar buttons on the dialog.
Help: the dialog can display a context sensitive help icon.
Show preview: dialog will have a thumbnail preview of the before and after of the image.
