Charlotte, NC (April 16, 1999) — LEAD Technologies, Inc., a LEADing provider of imaging development toolkits worldwide, announced the shipment today of LEADTOOLS VCL (visual component libraries). LEADTOOLS is an imaging toolkit that allows developers to add advanced imaging technology quickly and easily into their document, multimedia and medical imaging applications without writing massive amounts of code from scratch. VCL is a framework consisting of classes and components that allow users to easily create Delphi and Borland C++Builder applications.
